BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCT, contact us within 14 days for an approved RMA number and instructions. Installed, powered, altered or unsellable items cannot be returned under any circumstances. Approved refunds shall be issued within 7 days of the return for the sale price less our original shipping cost (including our cost on "free shipping" items) minus 20% restock charge ($10 minimum).

The physical address you provide must be deliverable by ANY service of our choice with our Shipping methods. We use slower economy shipping services that deliver without delivery confirmation or signature required in some instances. We reserve the right to choose the shipping company of our choice. If the description of this product above states that this will be a truckline or freight shipment, then your item will arrive by a large commercial truck and the address you provide MUST be a commercial business with either a loading dock or forklift to remove the item from the truck. If the carrier determines your address is a residence (or a business in a residential neighborhood), by ordering this item you agree to pay any additional residential delivery, redelivery and/or accessory surcharges.
