Ms. Patsy P.Skidmore was working for the White House under President Reagan and President George H.W. Bush.

there is four tiny holes on the top edge and two tiny holes on the bottom edge of the letter as it shown . It doesn't affect the content of the letter.also there is Some creased .

Also on the the back some age toning.
