By purchasing a pre-sale item, buyers understand that market values may fluctuate, making pre-sales a shared risk between seller and buyer. When purchasing a pre-sale product from Collectibles_Kingdom, buyers agree to complete their transaction. However, buyers may return their pre-sale item once it has been received.

Due to an increase in return requests, we have revised our return policy. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Currently, we do not have dedicated staff for returns, and this policy helps us ensure a better experience for committed buyers.

Cancellations are not permitted on auction listings.

All boxes from cases are factory sealed. In some cases, boxes may be removed from the original manufactured case and placed in flat-rate shipping boxes. If you prefer your case to remain sealed, please contact us to discuss additional shipping costs.

We do not combine shipping for auction items unless four or more separate listings are purchased. When purchasing four or more auctions, buyers may request a shipping discount.
